Play: 'Children of a Lesser God'
Author: Mark Medoff
History of Group
Take 5 drama group started out in 2008 following an adult workshop hosted in the Take 5 studio in Rathcormac by founder member Noelle Clarke. The participants enjoyed the workshop so much that they decided to form a drama group so they could continue exploring their love of drama. They commenced work almost immediately on a one act play for a local festival in Cork and entered the DLI one act festival with a second play. They have continued to enter the one act festival every year since and have reached the All Ireland Final on a number of occasions. This is only their third venture as a group on the full length festival circuit but they are really looking forward to performing for the first time in Ballyduff and wish everyone involved a very happy and fun filled festival.
